I’m a mom of four who once struggled with a crazy schedule and the nightly “what’s for dinner?” scramble. I vividly remember the week I defaulted to spaghetti for three nights in a row (yep, no shame!). But that was my turning point. I figured if I could find a way to make meal planning easy, fast, and maybe even a little magical, I’d never have to face “spaghetti week” again. So, I made it my mission to crack the code and help others do the same!

I’m Blaga, host of the Meal Planning for Busy Moms podcast, proudly ranked in the top 5% globally, and a meal planning strategist with over 20 years of experience managing the “what’s for dinner?” dilemma. 

As a mom of four, I know firsthand the daily dinner struggle, and I’ve made it my mission to help busy families turn dinnertime from a battleground to a playground. I’m building a movement to make mealtime easier, faster, fun, and more fabulous—with just a touch of magic to keep it exciting.

I’m known for my engaging, down-to-earth approach to meal planning, bringing warmth, humor, and practicality to every tip I share. 

Through my podcast, workshops, and resources, I empower parents to reclaim their evenings with delicious, stress-free meals that fit real life. 

And when I’m not dreaming up meal plans, you can find me soaking in a bubble bath, camping under the stars, or hanging out with friends and family.
