I host the Meal Planning for Busy Moms podcast (ranked in the top 5% globally—still can’t believe it!) where I share weekly meal plans, clean living tips, stress-reducing strategies, and inspiration to help you get back to what matters most—more calm, more connection, and more time to actually enjoy your life.
I’m also the coordinator of the Good Food Box program, bringing fresh, affordable produce to families in Carstairs and the surrounding area. And when I’m not podcasting, helping people clean up their routines, or running a household as the proud Household CEO, you’ll probably find me camping, soaking in a bubble bath, or just enjoying a quiet moment with my crew.
